V1 RoboRIO Corrupt Firmware - Cannot Run

Hello, 

When trying to update the firmware on our RoboRIO V1, it failed and prompted this error message. 

We tried doing the update in safe mode, with the admin account and turned off the firewall. Nothing has been able to work so far. What other things can we do to save the RIO?

Have you walked through the steps suggested here FRC roboRIO Imaging or Firmware Update Failing? which were the results?
