To demonstrates how to add historical data to a digital waveform graph and incorporate a digital waveform chart like characteristics

Description:
This program will add historical data to a Digital Waveform Graph to act more like a digital waveform chart, includes scroll bar.

Steps to implement or execute code
To implement this example:

1. Select the Physical Channels, Rate, and Samples to read
2. Run the VI.
3. Click on the scroll bar to scroll through the incoming data.

To execute this example:

1. Install the required software.
2. Connect the DAQ hardware that supports the DIO features
3. Confirm the connection with the MAX with TestPanel
4. Open the VI and refer the Implement Steps
