IS it the Reasons for the 0.0v:

• The Analog Breakout needs a jumper on the outer two pins
• The Analog Breakout needs to be receiving power directly from the Power Distribution Panel

Typically all the breakouts require power from the distribution board.  And yes you need the

jumper in order for the battery to be read by channel 8.
