Bad Eithernet on 2 of our robo-rios. How do we get it fixed?

We have two Robo-Rios that have bad eithernet connectors. Any suggestions on how to get them fixed or fix them ourselves?

Having more information regarding how the team has diagnosed that the Ethernet ports are not working, as well as the troubleshooting steps that you have done so far would be really helpful. For example:

• When did they stop working?
• Do the LEDs light up when a cable is connected to them and to a computer or the radio? If yes, which ones?
• Can you ping the IP address of the roboRIO?
• Do they look physically broken?
