Driver Station Repair

While using our driver station on the practice field on Friday, Mar 13, with a 'tethered' ethernet

cable, the ethernet 1 port quit working.  I would assume it was due to static buildup and then

being discharged through the ethernet cable.  Yes, the DS had the grounding mode.

Is there a repair mechanism for this unit?  KIWIBTYE will not provide any informatio, contact

FIRST.  First has not responded yet.

From my understanding there is now way to have your DS repaired.  Andy Mark sells replacements, but they are a bit pricey.  A work around that has worked is to plug the working DS port into a Ethernet hub so the hub will route the packets from the DS to the cRIO, computer, etc.
