Driver Station problem after 'nicyapi.dll' fix

The Driver Station, after runing the nicyapi.dll fix, has the DriverStation application that appears at the bottom of the Driver account. But the Dashboard application dosn't appear at the top of the screan. How should I go about fixing this.

In the setup tab, if remote dashboard is selected, select local dashboard and restart the driver station.

If that isn't the reason, there's also been some problems with the driver station installer not updating everything. Run the DS installer again and choose uninstall. Then run it again and reinstall.
