We have completed the software install including the FRC library, but the tutorials do not load when we click on them. Any ideas?

It sounds like you didn't get the update suite loaded.
Is your welcome screen greyish or yellowish? If it's the first, you'll need to download and install the Update Suite from here: https://forums.ni.com/t5/FIRST-Robotics-Competition/FRC-Update-Suite/ta-p/3737502

I had the same problem. My default browser is google chrome and the tutorials won't open for me. The tutorials do open in Firefox or Internet Explorer. Just change your default browser.
