Hello.
I am new to LabView. Years ago I did small amounts of programming, but I am essentially a novice programmer & LabView user with reasonable computer skills.
My high school (I'm a teacher) has multiple seats of LabView 8.6 that is intended to be used primarily for NXT robots and US FIRST Robotics Challenge. What must I do to install the functions from last year's FRC motors, cRIO, and sensors so my students can practice using LabView on last year's cRIO driven robot?
Thanks for the help.
Have a good one.

p.s.
Our old robot was programmed entirely in C++. This is our first exposure.
We have only the basic LabView 8.6. We do not have the additional LabView software options.
Thanks again.

Your best option is to install the LabVIEW from last year's CDs. The FRC version has the Real-Time module which allows you to program the cRIO.
