How to change email address when the old email is not in use anymore

Hi,

My company name changed and I forgot to change the email address to ni.com account on time. I can't verify the change because the old address is not in use anymore. Any help on this?

Did you check your old email address? 😁 (sorry I'm kidding)

Something must have changed in the last few years to have better security.  Because I definitely had the same situation where I changed companies and no longer had access to the old email address.  I was able to go into my NI account and change which email address it used without having access to the older one.
