FlexLogger Lite

A free version of FlexLogger!  I am excited about this and anxious to give it a try.  But why do I need to install NI-XNET when Lite does not support it?  NI, please work on your dependencies and stop forcing me to install a bunch of junk I do not need.

I'd say it's so users can trial FlexLogger as part of installing the Lite version:

It would be nice to select a Lite only installation from the beginning though.

I can make a more generic argument:  in my industry, I will never use X-Net.  So don't force me to install it as part of FlexLogger.  Make a "FlexLogger Support" package that comes with X-Net instead.
