They're pretty much identical to the latest bowl code submission from Mikael in terms of what they install, barring the license agreements and graphics on some of the dialogs (changed out OpenGDS graphics for NI graphics). The INSTALLER needed significant changes to generate these files and I have not pushed those changes up to the GitHub yet.

* sorry... "bowl" is an internal-to-LV term for submitting source code. A hold-over from a time when SCC required a physical orange tupperware bowl and a floppy disk that contained the master branch of the tree. A different time...

Modified the bitness-specific packages a bit to conform with VIPM repository requirements that the external file name match the internal file name. That required a rebuild, thus the version bump. Since the internal file names are different, the 64-bit version is now one version number ahead of the 32-bit version.
