Error when deleting PXI identification

When trying to delete the identification of a PXI system from MAX I get the following error:

'An unknown error occurred when deleting the controller and chassis identifications from this system'

I reinstalled all of visa (4.2) but still getting the error and the identification remains even after the install.

The system is somewhat unique using a geotest 7300series 20slot chassis.  Also I'm using the NI bios util to get the system booted with the NI 8360 being in mode 1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Solved -

Remove the 8630 card -> reboot the chassis -> remove all identifications -> power down the PC -> reinstall the 8630 card -> boot PC -> identify chassis.
