RMX-4003 in RMX-4002 left channel not working

I used the RMX-4003 in the RMX-4002 chassis, after a short time the left channel of the RMX-4003 stopped working and all indicators are always on the display. The right channel is working fine. Tell me, please, how to reset the settings 4003 or how to reflash the device?
