How are software triggered timing sources setup using LV 2009 Embedded for ARM? There is an NI example using RT, however the timed loop configuration VIs are slightly different. http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-9859. I've been able to initiate a software triggered timed loop, but I can only have it execute 1x. I'd like to be able to fire the timed loop any time that I use the Fire External Timing Source.vi. The hardware I am using is the LM3s8962.
I have tried your code in on a simulated device and it seemed to work as you wish. I am in the process of getting some real hardware to test it on. What ARM board are you using?

No need. I took a closer look at the RT example and noticed that the triggered timed loop does not have the stop conditional terminal wired. I made that change to my VI, and now it works!
