How to read the values from Joypad and transmit through XBee

Hi, I'm using Zebronics USB Joypad (ZEB50JP)..It has 12 control buttons on it. How can i read the values of those buttons using LABVIEW and transmit the same through a Xbee connected to the PC using a USB Adapter.. So it should be like USB Joypad>Labview>USB Adpater with XBee module= XBee module in serial>Arduino>Servo Motors I've attached a photo of the Joystick.. Kindly help me with a step by step procedure to achieve the result. Thanks in Advance
