Add subpanel property: VI Ref

Status: Completed
Available in LabVIEW 2012

Currently, you cannot get the ref of a VI contained in a subpanel. When removing a VI from a subpanel, the VI ref is not returned either. Having access to this ref would be useful so you can access the VI and stop it after you remove it.

The solution would be to add a "VI Ref" property node (read only), and/or return the VI Ref when using the "Remove VI" method.

@AQ.  I've since re-remembered that the "problem" is due to the way LV has been doing things for 20+ years I think.

I have a workaround.  I'm not completely sure which avenue I would suggest for a new idea.  I have a few different approaches.  We're currently looking at some subpanel actions which would be affected by this so I'll get some more practical experience and let it stew for a while first.  I'm currently not 100% sure that it's even the sub-panel which needs a fix......
