Allow FXP datatype for typical controls and indicators

For some reason, FXP representation is not allowed for most controls and indicators (sliders, dials, gauges, etc.). Only plain numerics are allowed.

This seems like an arbitrary limitation. Similar to their use with integers, they should simply snap to the nearest valid value.
