Context help describe variable type (e.g., local, global) and also deal with free labels

The context help is a beautiful thing for a novice, but sometimes falls a tad short.   Two specific improvements:

1. When hovering over the attached objects, the context help provides the variable type but doesn't explain anything about global or local variable (I had to ask the forum what the funny home and other symbols meant).
2. When hovering over a "free label" the context help completely ignores the label (which I honestly didn't know what it was as a novice) and instead describes the surrounding structure (e.g. while loop).
