Get a quick and more clear view of the event handled by an event case

 

Intead of this:

I tried it with no success. It still the same behavior as before.

Sorry, my bad. I was refering to the fact that if you select a case and "Edit" it, it will show a column listing all events individually as you are indicating. But that's been here since LV 2009... There is still no direct access via a sub-pull-down list in LV 2011.

I agree, based on my own experience, that long lists of events stuffed into a single case are not handled properly by LV. But again, that's just one problem in a long list of problems with the Event Structure (or Case Structure for that matter).

Related to organizing the Event dropdown list:

When I have case structures with many cases, it helps to organize the list by adding dummy "separator" cases, like in the example below (from the JKI state machine). I wish there were a way to do this with Event structures.
