Include the event structure in all versions of LabVIEW

Currently the event structure is not part of the base development system. It is such a useful and necessary structure that it should be included in all versions of LabVIEW.

I could see where the application builder would be part of one of the other suites and not part of the base development system. However it is key to helping get LabVIEW applications delpoyed and used more.

I have LabVIEW 2010 the base package.I recently had to find an example VI to handle a barcode scanner.   I immediately found some examples based on the event structure. I had to do more hunting to find an example not based on the event structure.  It seems that many of the examples (program flow control) are also based on the event structure. I agree with this user,  the event structure should be included with all packages of LabVIEW.
