Select Code for SubVI or Subrutine

Hi, I would like to see the ability to right click on selected code and have the option to create a SubVI or Subrutine with the option of having it be reentrant or not.

This was one of the options I wanted added to the Right-Click menu here.

Also, there's the ability to highlight code and select "Edit >> Create SubVI" from the IDE menu.
