Shared Variables Change to Read, Change to Write instead of Access Mode

When dealing with shared variables can we add a Change to Read and a Change to Write like we can do for constants, controls and indicators.

When you right click on a control you have the option to change it to a constant or an indicator. I feel the UI would be more consistent if shared variables should have something similar instead of having to go to Access Mode>>Read or Write.

When you're reading from a shared variable and you want to right just have a choice under visible items for "Change to Write" and vice versa.

This would actually be more similar to locals and globals, where this does already exist.
