Waveform Graph cursor name font size property

Hi, my customer is using cursors on his waveform graph and he has the cursor name displays enabled so that the cursor name is displayed next to the cursor.

The customer wishes to change the font for this cursor name text but I believe there is no property that can allow this.

The 3D graph seems to be able to do this but it would be great if waveform graphs can do it too.

For now, I plan to suggest the work around of placing a transparent background string indicator on his front panel and code it so that it follows the cursor.

It's already possible to change the font of cursor text with a hack, but not without also changing the font of the legend. I've found that it's simpler to recreate the Cursor Legend controls if necessary (if the font change is undesirable), rather than recreating the Annotation (which is difficult, especially if the user can move cursors with the mouse).

One problem would be though that you won't be able to change the cursor text font programmatically. I guess LabVIEW with that functionality (with a property node too!) would be the best.

Oh nooo,

It a bit crazy reason to decline something... I just need this feature, so I can kudo it only now. But I think it's a very obvious feature to have. I suggest to make it alive again, and consider it again 🙂
