9DOF Razor IMU Sen.10737 LabView

Hey everyone,

may name is Max and I am a new memeber of your nice community. For a little project I bougth the 9DoF Rozor IMU Sen. 10736 of the company Sparfunk.

It is a great thing and at all I'm very happy with it. Now i want to use LabView for getting the data of the senor, ecepially the data from the accelerometer.

I also get the Arduino toolkit from the NI-page and all is install. Now i have the problem that I only want to have the data for acceleration and I have no, abolutly no idea how to get only them.

I hope some one of you can help me.

Your best approach is to purchase the basic 3.3 volt FTDI breakout board and then you can use Labviews serial Interface capability to communcate with the 9DoF Rozor IMU.  Because the 9DoF Rozor IMU comes with built in demo programs it is for all practical purposes incompatible with LIFA.

So, you can use LIFA as a "template" of sorts to implement communication with LabVIEW.
