Arduino mega 1280: error 5002

Hi,

I have an Arduino mega 1280. I tried to use it with the LabVIEW interface for Arduino, but it keeps signaling me the 5002 error. I saw an old discussion in this forum about this problem and I tried the solutions that are listed there (increase the delays in the init VI and changing the baud rate in windows device manager) (https://decibel.ni.com/content/thread/9807) but they gave no results.

Does someone know how to get rid of this problem?

Secondly I would recommend copying and answer all the questions from the previous forum post that you linked so that no one has to duplicate troubleshooting steps with you.
