I use AT MEGA 1280 interface with Labview and I want to read serial from other arduino. Can LIFA do this?

That is not something that is implemented in LIFA. You would have to customize LIFA on the first board and then write totally new custom firmware for the other. Does LIFA actually work with the AT MEGA 1280 at all?
