SPI bus communicate problem

Hello everyone

         I am want to use nrf24l01 wireless module to setup a remote control. There is a problem is the LabVIEW SPI bus return reslut is not the same as Arduino. Please refer below picture. nrf24l01 CONFIG register address is 0x00, and read command is 0x00. Thanks your help.
