arduino mega 2560

im new to arduino and labview. i got arduino mega 2560. i downloaded all the toolkits of arduino in labview.

but wen i connect it with labview it shows error 5002

i saw the previous discussions on the same iissue.but i couldn make it out

can anyone tell me as step by step process on wt changes to be made to connect arduino mega with labview please

Most people don't run into this problem with the MEGA but a considerable number have.  We have not been able to recreate this issue in house so we have not been able to find the root cause.  Check out the link Weiebe posted above as many users were able to solve the problem various ways.
