Using Vision Center URL link

I am trying to use the RCX, RoboLAB 2.9, Vision Center to grab an image off the Internet. Nothing I do seems to work. I uploaded a previous Lego camera image to my web site, it is a bmp image, but when I put the URL in the space provided nothing happens. I am trying to mine images off the Internet and have them run through a Vision Center filter delivering an aesthetic number.

Hello,

RoboLab is not officially supported by National Instruments. You may find better luck posting your question to RoboLab support at http://www.lego.com/eng/education/mindstorms/home.asp?menu=support&pagename=support

Thanks, for your quick reply. I post my questions there also but always find answers here. Soon I'll move over to NXT.

I knew there was a reason. http://www.lego.com/eng/service/techsupportcontactus.asp is not working. I need a tech guy since my questions are pretty far out. I know they'll get that page working soon.
