10+ year LabVIEW vet. But very little automotive protocol experience. I want to dive into this. I've been reading through forums, looking at the toolkit itself, reading the "Detailed Helps" for the VIs themselves. Opening up examples. And after doing all this for a while it became very apparent none of that is going to mean anything to me without any amount of understanding of DoIP and the other protocols.
So the question: where's a good place to start/go to to get a healthy crash course on these protocols. On CAN bus, DoIP, SOME/IP, and the like?
Hooovahh, where would you go or did go? What's a good source of material? I'm asking this in LabVIEW cuz I wish to use the LabVIEW toolkit.
