Cant build application for win ce pro 5.0

I have a touch panel pc with windows ce pro 5.0 and when I run my Windows CE executable I get the following error message:
"Executable.exe is not a valid Windows CE application". But it runs, when I build it for a Touch Panel Windows CE 4.2 Device

May be I`m doing somethin wrong.

I found, the same happens with TPC2012 (link http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/2EC2348BE5008F9E8625728A0068C4E2.)

Anybody know why?
