I have an issue and I think I may be out of luck (possibly a bug?), but wanted to see if anyone has a workaround.
I have a system chart (Missing system controls palette) that I am using with the scrollbar visible on the legend. The scrollbar doesn't match the rest of the UI, so I want to control the legend scrollbar by a separate scrollbar that matches the UI. The issue I have run into is that the legend scrollbar/text won't update till I move my mouse over the top of the legend. I have tried with chart and graph as well as different color schemes (Silver, system, NXG, etc.) I am working under the assumption that this is a bug (known?) and am hoping there is a workaround. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
