Conversion of LabVIEW 5.1 code to 8.5

I converted  that library to 8.5. Just to warn you, that there are some vis missing, because there were not provided in the library available to download.

This thread should be closed. Please use the Downconvert request thread to request saving to older LabVIEW versions and the Upconvert request thread to request saving old VIs in newer versions.
