Hello. I am programming filters for live video acquired from webcam and can not find function for cropping output image. What I mean is that half of the image would be shown normally and bottom half will be white. My second problem is object detecting. I have been looking for some functions or simple program which is doing it but could not find anything. My plan is divide the image to quarters and with object detection it will show me in what quarter is the object detected. If you have some article or idea what function can I use I will be glad. Thank you.
