Bill, regarding your concern most of VI's does not exceed screen. But some of my VI's exceed screen in about 20%. The reason is because it was developed in other Computer with other screen resolution. Do you think it may be the problem?
You made me very happy by mentioning that there are lots of subVIs. 😄

Vi's are saved locally
There are not a lot of overlapping objects
I have not this problem when running these VI's. It is only in editing mode when VI is stopped.
I have about 20 graphs data in Main VI and about 60 graphs in sub VI's. These graphs are simple about 60 X-Y points per graph but are closed when I am editing.
So, no gigantic buffer is used.
I will check AV when problem is shown.
This problem usually happens once per 2 days
I tested this code in 3 PC's and I have same problem. I do not see any program to cause this problem.
Today I did a test. I fast moved vertcal scroll bar in main block diagram window and I noticed that screen is refreshed slowly. It has about 1 one second delay to update screen. Also I compared with a new blank VI and add some few items in block diagram and in this case I do not notice any delay. It scrolls smoothly. I also compared with a Internet page and also smoothly
