Getting niimaqdx.dll after launching application developed in labview

We have developed an application using Labview, but getting the Error while launching the application, before restart the system

After Restarting the system it works well

Can we reload the required dll after installation without restarting the System using LabView Application

Are you trying still in Development environment or as EXE? HAve you tried reinstalling NI-DAQmx driver and install again. ?

It is a New machine, 

Am installing through EXE,  after installing NI driver for first time, do I need to Restart machine to load drivers, is there any other mechanism to load drivers after installing with out Restart

After installing any NI software, you have to restart the computer once. But it is just once. After that everytime you start EXE application, it should work. ( provided you installed every driver and softwares correctly)
