LabVIEW community edition activate both LabVIEW 2020 and LabVIEW NXG 5.0

I installed and activated LabVIEW 2020 successfully. But I installed LabVIEW NXG 5.0 but it won't activate, it doesn't show up under "My Products".

 

Can you not activate both?

Yes, I have them both activated.  I didn't have to do anything unusual to do it.  I wish I could offer some help.  😞

 

Please tell us what you did to try and activate LV NXG 5.0 CE.

Have you tried activating from license manager?  Or start it up and activate it from there?
