Ayesha,

Is an instrument driver what you are looking for? If so, it seems that you can find a LabVIEW IVI driver on the manufacturer's website. 
If you meant something different when you say "looking for the design of LabVIEW vi" then please clarify.

Thanks for the prompt response.I have the Instrument driver as Infinii Vision for the Keysight M9243A control.

I was wondering if there is any default VI designed in LABVIEW for the Time Base/Oscilloscope for this control system please?
