Running through an error at the waveform red option while designing VI for Lecroy Oscilloscope 9404M and the snap for the error is attched here.

Please recommend probable solution.

1074001919 is a general error code that, by itself, is insufficient information to provide advice.  You need to provide the "Source" string that accompanies the error code at the very least.

Additionally, the VI you posted shows the subVI causing the error has a lot of options going into it, only two of which are labeled.  The remainder are unlabeled and are mostly zeros... it's entirely possible that one or more of these is an invalid input of some kind.

Most of us aren't just sitting around with Lecroy Oscilloscope 9404M driver VIs on our PCs and don't want to go get them just to help you out with this, so you need to give us more information to go on here.  I advise you to show the complete set of all wires leading into the subVI causing the error as well as its contents.
