MAX General Time out Error (-2147220688)

hello guys,

I got an error code (-2147220688) from my test code, it shows that configuration database timed out, and visit ni.com/info and enter info MAX General Time out Error.

is that means MAX is broken?

I found a link: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/2C7480E856987FFF862573AE005AB0D9, but it needs to operate in MAX.

I wonder is that method can fix this problem because I didn't find that error code (-2147220688).

And what if MAX cannot open, what should I do?

I just bumped into your topic. I am working on a similar case.

Try going with MAX Time out Error with Info Code MAXVISATimeoutError

Especially the part about Database reset.
