MacOS LV 2011 VIs with MacOS 2020 LV Community Edition?

They load all three in LabVIEW 2018 SP1 for Windows, but show no image at all. My guess is that it contains actually Macintosh PICT data and only LabVIEW for Mac has really support for that, and apparently not really in the latest version or something has been terribly breaking with this.

What I see:

blank: a pict ring with a single empty slot

2011: a pict ring with four empty slots

migo 2011: a pict ring with four slots, the first three are empty and the last shows a colored cyclist

Thanks Rolf,

I can't say that this is the only problem with LV Mac CE 2020/2021/2o22, but the loading behavior is the same... no error message... it just doesn't open/load... then LV is partially hung. So, in summary, I believe that any LV Mac 2011 vi that contains a populated picture ring will fail to load/open in LV Mac CE 2020+

BTW, the cyclist in the last/4th element of the migo pict ring is correct, but the other three elements should also be populated.

I have a PC running LV 2016.... I see the same behavior that you see Rolf.

Based on the attached vi, it looks like the problem is related to the "2D Picture" data type... anything with 2D Picture... like my picture rings, or just a 2D Picture control/indicator. If the 2011 VI has a 2D Picture control/indicator/ring, the VI will not load in 2020/2021/2022 LV CE for Mac.
