.NET controls in GUI

at the moment I am developing a software with .net elements, for this I use several buttons (system.windows.forms.button) in .net containers. the buttons are initialized and displayed correctly in the gui, but after the first time I move the mouse over the buttons (without clicking) the display of the buttons changes (see pictures)

how can I stop it?

My .net buttons don't look like that at all... They change appearance when hovering over, and change back when leaving.

I tried the code on two other computers and did not have the problem.

Apparently my computer is the problem.
