.NET .dll "An error ocurred trying to load the assembly"

.NET programmer is claiming his .dll in C# is good, and it is consumed by other .NET applications without error.  However when Labview tries to open the .dll the following error happens "An error ocurred trying to load the assembly" is displayed in the "Objects" box of the .NET popup box.  Labview is able to open some .dlls and some get the above error.  The .dlls are functional on the .NET side, is there something to be configured in Labview to see all .NET .dlls?  Is this an error with the .NET .dll itself?  I'm using Labview 2015, and the .NET is done in 4.0.

Is it possible you are using a 64-bit DLL with a 32-bit Labview?

Are the DLLs calling other DLLs? Where are the DLLs installed?
