NI服务定位器未运行是啥

在用Labview软件的查找范例时，碰出“错误—NI服务定位器未运行”这么一句话，什么案例都打不开了，请问这是怎么回事？谢谢！

When I open the examples in the Help of Labview software , it says:"error-NI Service Locator is not running", so  I would like to ask how this is going on? Thanks!

控制面板-系统和安全-管理工具-服务 把NI Service Locator右击启动，再重启LABVIEW，不行就把有service的都启动试一下！
