We have a new NI 9862 module that is not being recognized in NI MAX - it shows up but as an unknown device. I have the XNET driver with CAN compatibility layer installed and up to date through package manager.
I tried resetting the MAX configuration database.
I tried manually choosing the driver through device manager.
Any other suggestions to try before sending in to NI?
