NI-VISA 19.5 installer

Just wondering if it's possible to install NI-VISA 19.5 via command line.  I am using the offline installer.  In NI-VISA versions prior to 19.0, the packages included setup.exe which could be easily integrated into a script via command line.   I have not been able to find info on running the newer install.exe from 19.5 with command line.  Just wondering if anyone has info on this.

The command-line changed during this time, so I'm not sure which apply to NI-VISA 19.5, but one of the two should work:
