NIUninstaller Application Not Working

I recently installed LabView 2011 and then realized I did not need it. However, I am unable to uninstall it now from my XP machine that I have admin access on. The NI folder DOES appear in the Add/Remove Programs list (unlike most of the other posts I saw), but whether I use that or try to do it manually by navigating directly to the uninstall application in the National Instruments\Shared\NIUninstaller folder I get the same result: the Uninstall/Repair utility launches, but then the three options are all greyed out:  Modify, Repair and Remove. I cannot click on any of them.

Any hints?

Ah, jeez, this is embarrassing: I just realized that I have to click on the components I want uninstalled (in this case, all of them), and then the action buttons become active. Disregard.
