Syncroniastion multiple Analog channels & counter input

Hello pal

I need a urgent help , i am taking 12 analog inputs & once as a counter . In any single analog channel say 30 pulses came , so it is telling me in excel that 30 are there . But on the other hand in counter loop it has to grab values relative to all to thirty pulses but i found only some values are coming say 10 .

Please help me out i cracked my head too much .
