Unable to activate LABVIEW 8.6 student version

hello i am unable to activate my licensed student version of LABVIEW 8.6. I am in need of your help

I  have added the activation codes sent to me by the NI product activation but they are not activating the product.

hi,

 Have you tried the activation online?try to connect your system to internet and activate...Or got to any browsing center and go to www.ni.com/activate and try activation.

If you are still having issue with activation, I would suggest creating a service request at www.ni.com/support and contact an applications engineer to assist you.

Hello, 

I tried  www.ni.com/activate  but it says my serial number and computer ID doesnt match with NI's records. According to the disc given to me it reads NI LabVIEW 8.6 (student version-software DVD suite) , so in the search bar i gave the details like the way it asked for.. i got the serial number and computer from an email sent to me by NI activation centre.
