about Lidar cluster count

hi all

I am working on Lidar via myrio usb port with this example

Hokuyo URG Series Configure and Acquire Data.vi

just find if the cluster count is =2 or 3 the lidar works only on vertical but horizontal.

if set =30 working both orientations.

any one experined same problem and what is the best value for cluster count?
